With soaring ceilings and large windows, all units are designed to have an airy feel, flooded with natural light. Units come standard with Thermador appliances, luxury finishes throughout, indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces and a two-car garage with a cart space. Second floor condo units come equipped with an elevator, while all townhouses are designed with the ability to add an elevator either pre- or post-construction to access the additional bedrooms, entertainment space and patio on the second level.

​The townhouses offer a ground level primary suite and two additional bedrooms upstairs, with the possibility to add a 4th bedroom or office.  Townhouse units can be combined if buyer desires greater square footage.

HOA fees cover all grounds maintenance (i.e. landscaping, roadways, pond, gates, fencing, security lighting and common area).
